Membership Meetings, Tours and Networking

Meetings and tours are designed to encourage one the MDMA's largest benefits:  member networking and the exchange of ideas among peers.  In addition,  the MDMA offers its members periodic topical meetings to provide information and ideas they can put to use in their businesses.

Tours and meetings are typically held from 12 Noon until 1:30PM on the third Tuesday on the month from September through May.  Meetings usually begin with a box lunch followed by a detailed tour and presentation of one of the region's outstanding companies.  As a member, you will receive an email notice of upcoming meetings with a request to confirm your attendance.

Specialty programs are selected with members' input to insure the topics are of great value and interest to the membership.  Past programs have included state skills training programs, quality control, supplier relations, cost allocation, business incentives and assistance programs, safety, workers compensation, industrial sales and marketing, lean manufacturing and ISO.
